Welcome to Bujji! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Bujji social media platform, available at bujji.io and our mobile application. By accessing or using Bujji, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

   

   

1. Eligibility

   

To use Bujji, you must be at least 18 years of age. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Accounts found to be created by individuals under 18 will be terminated.

• Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Content Ownership

   

You retain ownership of the content you post on Bujji. However, by posting, you grant Bujji a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

   

5. Privacy

   

Your use of Bujji is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

   

6. Termination

   

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that may harm other users or Bujji’s reputation. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.

   

7. Intellectual Property

   

All logos, designs, text, and other materials provided by Bujji are protected under copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

   

8. Limitation of Liability

   

Bujji and its team shall not be liable for any damages, data loss, or issues resulting from the use or inability to use the platform. Your use of Bujji is entirely at your own risk.

   

9. Modifications to Terms

   

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

   

10. Governing Law

   

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bihar, India.
